Internal Account Manager

 

Based             Head Office – Rainham, Essex

Hours             8 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary            Circa £14,000 subject to experience


Main Job Function

 

Manage a suite of leading customers (to be defined) existing and new

 

  • Input consignments onto the system (MANDATA)
  • Resolve queries
  • Up sell
  • Progress chase

 

 

 

 


Telesales for new business

 

  • Sell
  • Make appointments for the external sales team
  • Prepare quotes, tariffs, follow up by correspondence

 

 

 

 

Part of team organising exhibitions/corporate days etc including admin requirements

 

Other Details

 

Previous experience in internal sales would be beneficial as would some experience in the logistics/transport/shipping industries.  Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

 

Candidates must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft office.

All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
